Hi! Work today was better than I'd expected so :) Was supposed to leave at 730pm but there was a sudden crowd so I stayed to help. We were like busy bees scrambling in and out of the kitchen and the orders just started piling up. The whole paperstand got knocked onto the floor, B spoiled the oven start button by pressing it too hard and it got stuck haha and some orders got messed up. Absolute chaos! There was this really rude customer who got so mad when I was busy sorting out the orders and couldn't attend to her immediately. She started making a din and threw her utensils on the counter tray. When I took her orders she threw her money on the counter and demanded I serve her immediately. -.-" Talk bout throwing your weight around(and she's quite pudgy hehe). But the twist was the customer behind her was the total opposite. He was so nice, he said he could see that we're really busy so we didn't have to rush his orders. And the big smile. Turned my day around instantly! oh how small gestures can make a big difference :)
