I've been feeling flabby. I did squats, push ups and skipping before dinner today and I felt great! My boobies seemed to have ballooned tho(see, must be attack of the fatsssss) and I'm not so sure if that's a good thing. Yeah I think I'll post my workout regime here(and I'll write one and pin it up in my room too).
Mon, wed, fri:
20 pushups, 5 sets of 10 squats with my dumbbells, skipping(15 mins)
Tues, thurs, sat:
at least 50 crunches
Sun:
Rest day!
And I'll stick to plain water(and maybe green tea and Vitagen) I sound like an obsessed health nut hehe.
Anyone has good workouts to recommend? Tell me ok thank you belly much.
