School's better these days. i'm glad. okay let's go back to friday. I remember feeling super low on friday because of something that happened in class. And Yumei so happened to msg me during that particular class asking me out for a movie. You've no idea how happy i felt. haha. so I skipped CG(okay maybe I should have went for CG after the movie...) and we went to watch 200 Pounds Beauty. The female lead is gorgeous (cries pretty, sweats pretty, haha) but I don't know if she's for real or plastic. And what's this about guys being fine with plastic surgery as long as their own girls don't go under the knife? That was the crappiest thing i heard from the movie. but then again, isn't that why women get plastic surgery? For the guys. for their attention. how ironic. During the last part of the show when everyone cried, plus the sad music and everything, Yumei and i couldn't help but sniff sniff. haha.
Went to talk a lil at Coffee Bean after that. I was feelin depressed so i jokingly asked the person to pick the largest slice of carrot cake for me and to my surprise he took it seriously and turned the cake plate round and round to pick the biggest slice. Haha. see, the things people do unknowingly at a time when I'm sad to make me smile. :)
Went out with my favourite guy on sat to Sim Lim Square to get my thumbdrive. got quite a good deal on that so i'm happy. then we headed to Vivocity. Window shopped and walked around. While we were going down the escalator, I heard
"We say hello, we say hello, we say hello hello hello..."
That's a cheer i learnt from FOW and i turned around and guess what. Seng Yi and Jason were the monkeys doing the cheer! Haha! Apparently they resorted to doing that cause they'd been calling us and we didn't hear. Haha. And i had no idea Seng Yi was in TP too. old Genting mates, hoho.
We had Superdog takeaways for dinner(they gave an extra burger by mistake, and we happily took it. Hehe:p). Went to the rooftop to eat. Sat on the prickly grass and watched kids in their undies play in the water. Haha! And yup, spending quality time together. Something which just makes me very very happy. another good day :)

Made very last minute arrangements to meet some girls from the SAC to go to Pulau Ubin on Sunday. Naby is so funny, she thinks Pulau Ubin is like some beach resort paradise. She was talking on and on bout the pictures of clear waters on the Pulau Ubin website and Jas and I were giggling away. And boy, was she disappointed when we got there.
Went biking on muddy trails and i saw two wild boars. Have heard so much bout the wild boars at PU but haven't actually seen them till that day haha. And we saw this unique bird lying still on a pile of dead leaves. We wondered if it was dead or alive so Claire threw a leaf at it. it flew away. And lo and behold, there were eggs!:O

Had abit of girltalk at the beach before heading back. My butt has bruises from riding the bike. I loved the bike i had cause i felt i had total control of it. Had a good but tiring day with the girls. And yup, talked to Naby on the way back bout life, love and boys. Haha. 'Twas nice.
Went with Jemery and Andrew to the Basketball CCA Selections monday evening. 'Twas really amusing watching the hopefuls do their thang. Alot of guys went but only a small group were selected. Made a new friend while waiting for them. Vivian from China! Haha.
Had a short day at school today. While waiting for Jeremy to go for lunch, I saw Ziying and Wenhao! So I went over to say hi and wd'yaknow? Kelvin Ong joins us too. Wenhao wanted to go to Pizza Hut for lunch so the five of us went together. Sort of like a PRSS gathering, haha. Played a few arcade games with Wenhao's neverending tokens before we each went our ways.
Touch Rugby at 6. Was quite nervous but turns out, everyone is friendly! Learnt the rules of the game and tried playing it. Had a fun time! woosh. made some new friends too. :D and I just realized this new church friend of mine is my primary school buddy! We've lost touch for years and i just realized who she was today?!

YY(looks at me lookin' pretty freaked out): Eh yah... how you know?!
Me: i used to play with your dog after school remember!
YY: OMG!
Me: yes i know, OMG!
Haha. Funny how and where old-time friends meet again.
Hmm that about sums up my weekend. I guess things can never go too downhill. Yay. Embrace life, embrace you :p
