seeing prss up there on stage again brought back immense waves of nostalgia for me. to the oblivious audience's eye, it might just seem like what it is, a mere performance. on stage it's like all power, glamour and skills at their best. but there's so much that goes backstage. and i daresay, none of them had it easy. the long hours of practices, criticisms, self-discipline, perseverance and willpower.. and i guess working together and achieving as a team made it all much better(and not to mention a really impressive conductor). i was so elated for every one of them. gold with honours! it's really an achievement to be proud of. and yes, what a way to close the show. with a big bang.

caught up with some of the girls while we were watching the other schools perform. sat next to winnie and as usual i was trying to annoy her with my lame shit and she pretended she was so sane. please la winnie(haha). after everything, wanted to eat at pastamania so suggested it and accidentally made everyone walk a big round, only to find that shenton way's pastamania closes so early? so i had five murderous faces looking at me. after what seemed like centuries later, we settled for burger king. had some good ol girlie gossip.

yesterday i'd intended to go shopping but turned out my card had no money when it's supposed to. the cheque was returned, which means i've to go back to the cafe to get a new one. great. so thanks jemmy for paying for my skirt - first. :) then we went to the salon to get our hair done. lady who washed my hair had long sharp nails, i didn't enjoy them scratching my scalp. but generally 'twas ok. my hair is no longer too bushy. and jeremy got his's bleached.

you know, it's a nice feeling watching your guy play(play ball what were you thinking). it's like even tho there were many other people around, i only had eyes for him. he's my star player :)

CG outing at the beach today. my butt aches from cycling but i had fun:) indeed a good friday(pun intended). halleiluaih.
