this goes a long way back to valentine's day! went to get my hair cut and the aunty was like "wah got date ah, good ah you youngsters, not like me, no date!" and she went on about that the whole time. funny thing was, i didn't know what to say to her.

went for dinner with jem. guy supposedly needed to go for a poop and i waited so long for him outside. then hey! he came walking to me with a lil bear and bouquet. with that silly smile on his face. how sweet :)



then we had dinner at country manna. my first time there so i know nuts how to eat the pastry soup thing. if it was my first date, i'd have probably busted it right there and then. hawhaw, just kidding. food was delish and place was really nice and romantic. haha.








halfway through dinner my dear friend yumei called and asked what colour birkenstock should she get. that woman is so funny lah. anyway, we were both so bloated after dinner. then he told me that he'd also ordered a cake and we have to go collect it. is it possible to groan in a touched way? i think i did that. haha. oh but in everything its the thought that counts. thank you!

the bouquet had 3 roses, 1 red fake rose and 2 pink real roses. so i asked him why he gave me 3. i mean, you know most girls... they just have to have a reason for everything. haha. (edited)so he said the first pink rose is I, the red rose is LOVE, and the other pink rose is YOU, so love is forever.(/edited) and i pretended i didn't hear just so he would repeat it over and over. haha. he sounded so silly saying it:p and i was like you quick thinker! and we both laughed our asses off. funny guy.



and i overcame my fear of origami. i know that sounds ridiculous but it's true!



well for love, anything's possible, no?
