was really late to meet jeremy at the station. opps. sorry boy(but then again i think it's perfectly alright to be late on your birthday :p) so we went to harbourfront and took the bus to sentosa! been ages since i went there. the place is great. whats more with those superconvenient bus lines that take you from destination A to B in a jiffy. we went to subway for lunch and someone totally fell in love with the meatballs sandwich. haha.
bought tickets for the underwater world. heh. he was afraid of touching the starfish! haha. no wonder.. i was like happily holding the starfish and being so excited bout it and then i realized he was standing quite a distance away with that look on his face. saw some really hugeassed fishes. i like the jellyfishes. pretty things floating around. and that big aquarium underpass thing was nice. stingrays look like they have a smile on their faces don't they? i love the dugong! it looks like a cute fat mermaid. yeah had fun there and bought some cute trembling keychains. haha!
then we took the bus to the dolphin lagoon to see the 3 pink dolphins. not sure of their names. probly kiki sasa sheela or something..'twas a short show.
it started raining a bit after the show and we ended going to this shangri-la resort place to kill time. that's where he taught me how to play pool. haha. bet i gave him hell. it was either my arch or my bridge or my this or my that that was wrong. noob me. i had fun though! looking forward to mastering the game.. what say you, pro?
since the dinner plan was changed, we decided to go watch the water fountain show. i haven't watched that in years and i forgot how beautiful it was. i loved it alot alot:)) and sharing this wonderful sight with someone dear to you. double:))
sentosa has a beautiful secret garden and i absolutely love it. i guess it was quite late so there was nobody else. we walked pass the merlion pass the waterfalls to this place with a huge long sculpture thing where you can play with the water. took off our slippers and dipped our dirty legs in. walked inside and dodged spurting water. felt like a kid all over again. haha. i really love that place. it looked like some enchanted forest, beautiful fairy lights all over the trees and all. and it was all ours. as if on cue, canon in d played and completed the whole ambience. well well, we did a silly dance didn't we ;) you can only imagine the happiness i felt at that time.
i had a wonderful day because someone made it so special for me. especially touched by the paper heart he folded. guys, do origami? i just find it so sweet.
happy birthday to me! i'm a happy happy girl. tho i know some things were expected to be different but i've decided not to dwell on such stuff. thanks to all my friends who've made my life so woohoo-wonderful and of course, jeremy. appreciated loads :)
sweeeeeeet sixteen <3
